Above and beyond!
Thank you CRO imports (Josh and Grayson) for always taking extra time to help explain things about our Mercedes. Most recently, I was concerned the car was running too hot. (The car is new and I have never had a turbo engine before.) Josh actually showed me under the hood what to look for, how to check for any issues and he explained why all turbo engines generate extra heat at the front of the engine. Thanks guys for answering all of my questions! Much appreciated! Rob in Castle Rock.

Honest car mechanics
I requested an oil change, radiator and break flush. After dropping my car off and getting a ride home, they called to inform me that the radiator and brake fluids did not need to be replaced. This saved me over $300. It's rare to find such honesty at a car repair shop. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!!!

What A Great Find
Our Lexus was in need of the 60K maintenance, a big one. I had been using a Lexus dealer but recently moved to the Castle Rock area and a Google search found Castle Rock Imports. During a phone call query with them, the man on the line was so polite and informative and helpful (and the price was dramatically better than the Lexus dealer) I decided to give them a try. Everyone I met at the shop was like the employee on the phone, a delight to deal with. I will be using

Quality service and friendly staff
The staff at Castle Rock imports is always courteous and helpful when I take my car in for repairs and services. They do quality work and are up front and straightforward about what my car needs and what it's going to cost. Great auto shop!
I used to take my cars here when I lived in Castle Rock. We had a car break down recently close to them, so we had the car towed there. Can't say enough good things about Castle Rock Imports. They are responsive, friendly, honest, and do a really good job of helping you to understand your options. Top-notch!

Honest, thorough and capable
Have been using Castle Rock Imports for close to 20 years and have developed tremendous faith and trust in Tim, Josh and the entire crew. There's never any up-selling, quite often the opposite. If you have an import vehicle, this is the place to use!

Top notch business
To start off I love walking into a place and see military service on the walls, I love to support our people who serve in our military. Now , I took my car in to have the coolant flushed and refilled. They tested the coolant and let me know that it was not in need of a coolant change. Most shops do not care they just see money. Plus everytime I walk in they treat me as I am a regular and I am not. Castle rock imports is awesome they have done work for me in the past and are very reliable and honest. If you are looking for honesty, dependable and friendly service I recommend castle rock imports 100%. You will not be disappointed.
