Paul said he noticed some minor gouges on the plastic fence rub which previously were not there. He was surprised at how good of condition the vehicle was in, and the prices were reasonable.
Chazadi said she had to wait a really long time, and there were a few lights on and she had to take it back to get it fixed.

I dropped off my 2017 Inifiniti to get an electric problem diagnosed, Nicole took care of the issue and made sure the tech finished it within the same hour. Thank you
Alex said the business is always on time and always keeps him updated on his vehicle. He said they know how to speak with customers and keep them updated.
Maria said one week later after her purchase of the vehicle, she is still taking it in for repairs. The business told her she had to wait longer to get the heating fixed in the back. She said right now she is not satisfied and not happy about driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
Michael said the start of the process to the end, they were helpful. The day he picked up, he heard a noise and he brought it back, and they followed through with what they said.
Janaya said the quality of their work was poor, they ended up damaging the vehicle, amazing, throughout process and had vehicle way too long. It was a folly of continuous errors and the repairs were not done well. Their workmanship was poor, they damaged the vehicle while trying to make the repair, they did not properly fix the original item and damaged other things in the process. She will never use them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone, ever.
Frederick said he was gas-lighted through texting from the service department because of a misunderstanding. The person that texted him said they were a little concerned about him missing his 2nd appointment. Someone there told him to skip Wednesday and rescheduled him for Thursday because she said there would be no one there Wednesday. It was a new guy in the service department that helped him, he was amazing.
