Diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day!
We had an AC leak and dropped off Thursday after close. Simple process they had the leak diagnosed by 10 am and was able to have it ready to go before closing so we could make our planned out of state trip on Monday. Clear communication throughout the process and won’t hesitate to use them in the future! Thanks guys Great Job!

My experience here was great. My new automotive shop.
I was very happy with Central Garage. It was my first visit to them but I plan on taking all my car problems to them. Very professional. My car drives better than it did when it was brand new.

Not quite right...
Danny, I paid you $205 to diagnose and report the P0430 code on my Highlander. I do not have a clear understanding.of what you found. The car has 2 catalytic converters and 4 O2 sensors. Please tell me which cat and O2 sensors are not working. And also, if you hooked your OBD II tool to my car, why am I paying $20+ for "shop supplies" and "hazardous materials"?

Bruce,

We gave  you the code and explained to you that you need to replace both downstream O2 sensors. The sensors are not working; and you will probably end up needing to replace both converters. Both downstream O2 sensors are not working. The code is referring to Bank one (the front cat). 

I don't know how to be any clearer than what we already told you. 

shop supplies/hazardous materials are charged to all customers. Those charges are to cover such things as shop rags, hand solvent, miscellaneous supplies, credit card fees, insurance, etc. 

You should have given me the courtesy to discuss these items before you scored our shop with a two stars!

Main Problem Fixed Quickly
The Jeep's fuel line failed near the gas tank. I appreciate the quick turnaround on replacing it. I very rarely give five stars; this fix was a 4 and 1/2.

Water pump out
This was my first dealings with Central Garage here in Dripping Springs.Danny and the guys were great. Took my 2012 Ford F150 in mid afternoon yesterday and they got it done and back to me at noon today. Great service from the crew at Central Garage.

Time and quality work
I've recently had to take my truck in for some repairs for gaskets, seels, knock sensors and several other things from ware and tare. I brought them my vehicle and they gave me a list of things that needed to be done before it caused major issues with the drive train and motor and also a list of things that will need to be taken care of but would be ok for now. Instead of them just doing the work all at once like some places have done and sticking you with the bill they worked with me and did what was necessary for the time being. All of them are extremely friendly and took care of my truck like mechanics use to unlike other name brand garages that I won't be returning to. The work is great for a fair price for all the work they did and in a timely manner, not like your other places that hold your car for weeks at a time. Central Garage got me back on the road within 24 hours and I can definitely feel the difference from before and after the work. This is my first time here and the experience was great. If you're looking for that great quality work the way it used to be I highly recommend them. Thanks again you guys for taking care of truck.

Got me taken care of
Stopped in because my brake light was out and it wasn’t just the bulb. They got a new socket out on it pretty quick and I am back to being legal.

Side note: There was an older gentleman that stopped in just to take a nap in the waiting area and I think that is legendary. Any business that cares about their customers so much that they would rather them stop in and take a quick snooze than driving back home tired is damn good in my book. I was in need of a local garage to take care of my 2005 Silverado and I believe I have found that here at Central Garage.
