Bad experience, I paid for repairs but car is not fixed
I took my jeep to this garage before the 4th of July, I was told to bring it back on July 6th, I did and there Doug was not there, he had a migraine, I finally got my jeep into the garage. Doug assured me it would take a day and half to fix the vehicle. I had asked if he could get the differential parts, and he said no problem, well it was, it took over 2 weeks. He gave me a ball park estimate to fix my car, 700.00 plus a possibility of 300.00 more. On July 16, 2021 I again went to the garage and one of the workers said it should be fixed on 7/20. About 15 minutes later i get a call from the garage that it is ready and could I come get it and pay. Doug said it was not fixed but I could drive it, it made a bad noise, and it would cost 300-400 more. Someone changed all the price charges on the invoice by several hundred dollars, it is September 10 and they have not called about the needed parts and yes it makes a bad noise.
