This is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever been to. I am stunned at how this place operated and convinced the reviews are fake/left by management.
I saw two different doctors here. Dr. Syed said incredibly insensitive, non-self aware, misogynistic, nasty things to me and Dr. Shuckinski is insanely unpleasant. No smiling, no bedside manner, just a rushed appointment as if you being there is somehow bothering her or inconveniencing her. Then Dr. Syed calls me with test results and tells me to call her back and I spend an hour getting transferred from desk to desk without ever speaking to her. Unnecessarily anxiety-inducing. Nothing they do here is with any actual care in mind, at all.
The worst part is that I shared this with the manager, Kaitlyn, who gave me some boilerplate response, not actually actionably addressing a single one of my concerns. The entire operation is a recipe for poor health care and trauma. I would not crawl to this place if I was dying down the street.
