Superb
I took my truck in for some extensive servicing and trouble shooting of a few things. As always, they were beyond professional, communicative, and timely. Chad Miller Auto Shop is the only place I have taken my vehicles for work since moving to SA and I don’t plan on that changing. I recommend them to all of my friends looking for a mechanic. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

I've been going to Chad Miller's since moving to Texas 10 years ago, and I have to say, the level of personal care they provide is unmatched. From the moment I walk in, the owner greets me by name, which makes all the difference! It’s rare to find a place where you feel like more than just a customer. Ben and Jason took the time to explain exactly what my car needed and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, and Tony was available for a quick question afterwards. I never feel like I'm being upsold or rushed, and that level of trust means everything to me. The service is always quick, efficient, and done right the first time. I won’t take my car anywhere else! Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for a friendly, professional, and personal touch.

Great job with my AC
Chad Millers took great care of me and my Miata. My AC went out and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue for a fair price. When I had more issues down the line, they honored the warranty and fixed it without charge. Would recommend

Chad Miller just saved me $$$
My heater was not working and it was first thought that the heater core had to be replaced. However, once they began the repair, it turned out that the switch had become misaligned, which caused the heater to fail to turn on. So, they fixed the misalignment and happily told me that my final bill would be much less than expected. Im sure you just can't find a more honest and competent shop in all of San Antonio. Thanks Chad Miller!
