I had to bring my dog for an MRI to Levittown and when we got done I put her in the back of the car and then started it to warm up. I was going to sit with her until my wife came out but when I went to open the back door I found they were all locked! Not a good feeling at all to be locked out with the car running and an injured dog inside. My first thought was to call the police but then I saw the Subaru roadside assistance number on the window and called them. It was difficult to reach a live person but once I did they contacted Challenger Auto & Towing in Bristol and arranged for them to come out. The guy from Challenger called me shortly after to confirm the emergency and he would be right there. It took him about one minute to open the door and I really appreciated the speed that he managed to arrive and get us fixed up. Great guy and great service. I cannot speak highly enough about how it was all handled.
