Inspection and brakes
I went in as a walk-in one day as I was driving by so I could ask about getting some work done; places were backed up. To my surprise, he said "How about 8'o clock tomorrow morning?" I said okay!
Different guy at the desk next day, told him what was needed, and I was DONE and driving away by noon. It hadn't even been a whole 24 hours yet. No up-selling for unneeded work on my car, no selling products, and an awesome waiting room with free coffee and very comfy chairs. Nice variety of magazines to choose from; gaming devices, and a couple tvs, including a smaller one set lower for kids. There's also a small patio of sorts with tables and chairs out front that also doubles as a smoking area.
Both men were excellent, professional, and courteous when speaking them. Typical "good review words", but these folks actually mean it, lol You can tell they care about about the customer and especially about their quality of work. Have to mention i was pretty impressed with the price, as well.
I have been converted from Burdick! I've already decided that the next car I buy is going to be from these guys.

Excellent service and patience
I was at work when my battery needed to be replaced. Chandler automotive showed up and saved the day for me. The technician arrived in half the time I was expecting and waited patiently in for me to be able to get back to him. My phone was silencing the calls because the number was unknown and he waited in the parking lot for about 20 minutes before I could respond. He swapped out the old battery and was able to charge the new one to my card right in the parking lot at work.
I was so grateful to be able to count on them. I will definitely use them again.
