Honest and fair
Called to get my 2013 Yukon XL in for a heavy oil leak and a serious jerk when accelerating and Glenn got me in quickly. Mike took the time to break down exactly what needed to be fixed now versus what could wait — no pressure, just honest priorities. Turned out to be an engine mount and oil cooler hose. The final bill came in $50 under what they quoted me on the phone. That kind of transparency is hard to find. Highly recommend and will be back to address the other items Mike flagged.
