Highly recommend!
Had a fender bender that was not my fault n had to be my own agent. Did not like dealing with another insurance company. However when I called Subaru they recommended Chapman Collision. One call n I can see why. Starting with Karen at the desk to Nick Pasquale.He took excellent care of me. Took pictures that the insurance company asked me to do n when insurance co didn’t want to pay as much, Nick was there again! He walked me thru n Karen was reassuring!
Car rental was a breeze with them also!
Enterprise Rental was also great with a nice young Christian man-a big+!!

Great Customer Service and Repair work!
Chapman Collision made repairs to my Subaru and they were absolutely wonderful! The entire process was quick, friendly and professional. Customer service was great as well as communication from them before, during and after the repair work. The repairs were top notch and looked stunning. They reviewed the work done and answered all of my questions during pickup. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will recommend them to friends and family in the future.
