Great experience-new 2020 G70
-I had a very pleasant experience with the purchase of my new 2020 Genesis G70. The sales guy Rafael was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. The sales manager Brian helped with a smooth process on getting me the deal that I wanted. Customer service was 10/10 and I am glad that I came to this dealership to do business. I will continue to work with these guys because they are honest and don't try to play games and waste time several hours at a dealership. Would recommend to anyone

Cudo's to Shane!! Salesman excellence!
Sales experience was above average. Toured service waiting facilities and was greatly disappointed. Traded in a Lexus & their service dept waiting area was excellent. Same with Mercedes which is what my wife has. Need to bring that area up to Genesis standards!!

They did a great job in coming to where I live for a test drive. They worked with me on the payments. I would highly recommend getting a price in writing and not listening to their price on the phone. I was quoted a lease payment of $488/month, after they had already run my credit, but then the written offer came in at $595/month.

In and Out
This had to be one of the fastest car deals I've ever experienced, in a good way. I found a G70 I wanted, negotiated a price and was in and out of finance fast. 5 Stars for that, but if you are expecting high end vehicle( Audi, BMW, ect.) experience that's not there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with a good selection of vehicles.

Veda, our saleslady, was very helpful in selecting the auto before and after the sale. She had advice that worked very well on the exterior and the interior of the auto. The sales manager and his assistant knew exactly how to ground the 2018 G80 that we had.

Teamwork from Sales to Service to Management par excellence
Rafael worked for weeks to get the exact calculation of color exterior and interior that I wanted. George suggested the portal read which is fabulous and striking and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But Chappman Hyundai training on bell road is incredible. Jaime’s service team is the best care team I have ever had!

Last minute prices switch
As explained previously a last minute switch to higher price half way thru the deal made me think I could not get out of the deal. Suspect it was a clever trick that might be used again.
