Excellent service, good honest people.
I enjoyed interacting with Robert and Mike. They were happy to talk in depth about what I needed. I appreciated that they don’t talk down to me. As a woman I get that a lot and I don’t appreciate it. Mike and Robert never, ever do that.
They were very thorough and did a lot of work. It was not cheap but good mechanical work never is.
I will be going back when I need more repairs.
Their’s is an excellent shop.

Spent time figuring out my problem.
This group works really hard to ensure they do the repair as well as the “little things” often overlooked. Robert worked to find the source of my car problem. It turned out to be something simple. He did not even charge me for his time. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Efficient, accommodating, communicative.
These guys got my air conditioner fixed in just one day and even buffed some paint from a fender bender off of the car with no charge. They were extremely friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, and stayed in constant contact about results of their diagnostics, cost, time, etc. I would recommend them to anyone and we'll be using them in the future for all my Nissan needs!

At Chapman's you not only receive top rate diagnosis and repairs, you also get (for free) a version of late night comedy. The guys will entertain you from drop off to pickup. And their material is fresh. Come to think of it the comedy is probably not free, but it sure is fun.
Don't hesitate to visit Chapman's if you want knowledgeable, honest, experts to work on your car. You'll go away smiling, too!

These folks at Chapman's Auto Tech are the real deal. They are top shelf. They will talk with you on any subject that you need to work out with your car or truck. I am a retired Master Auto Technician my self having 40+ yrs in the industry. So, I do not just go anywhere without first researching the auto shop. Mr. Chapman and Mike the service manager work at making sure your service or repair is done in a professional manner. I recommend this shop and again they are top shelf.
