Verified CustomerMr Mc C, We are a Christian Company but I can't give you your parts and labor for free. Several of the employees and the owners explained over and over the problem with your car. We took you in the garage and showed you the issues. A Transmission Flush is not advised to do on a 2010 with 123k miles on it. This would not have fixed your problems you needed a TRANSFER CASE and a FLEX JOINT. I understand you didn't want to pay the Dealer prices FOR A NEW TRANSFER CASE which was $7733 JUST FOR THE TRANSFER CASE NOT INCLUDING THE LABOR OR FLUILDS AND OTHER PARTS. However, you choose a used Transfer case first, then a refurbished one. Unfortunately this BMW 3X HAS A LONG history of these problems with the transfer case. We DID NOT BREAK YOUR CAR we replaced your broken parts. We refered you to another mechanic for another opinion. We wish you the very best with your BMW. Thank you Charlies
I thought perhaps a transmission flush may be in order. Instead, they kept my car for over 4 months, charged me over $5200 and my car is now ten times worse than when I took it to them. When I finally got a return call, after three requests, they referred me to a different mechanic instead of offering to at least return it to the condition it was in when I brought it to them.l
