My car was dropped off by AAA on Saturday evening and it was fixed very promptly Monday morning.
I found Charm City through AAA. They took my car there to have a tire replaced Saturday evening and Monday morning they fixed it. I spoke to Chrissy on the phone, she was helpful, gave me the cost, and everything was done in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and they seemed concerned. I will gladly go back to them.
