Honest and busy
Brought my bmw in for diagnostic for rough running. Chris quoted the standard $200 per hour rate. Obdc came up with multiple codes, all stemming from high pressure fuel pump problems. Chris felt it could lead to one thing after another and he felt I could better at the dealer. Any garage that can afford to turn down high end repairs is a garage that I respect and will return to as things come up. Oh yeah, he didn't charge for the work! Thanks Chris and Mark.
