SCAM artist, their #1 goal is to trick and rob, especially females!
They charged me $487.00 for an ESTIMATE, ZERO work was done on my truck.
The work I need done is covered by my extended warranty company.
They claimed warranty work was going to cost over $3000.00 and the warranty company would only cover about $1300.00, I would be responsible for the other $1700.00. I looked up the parts, for a $300.00 part they wanted to charge nearly $1200.00. I can see why my warranty company only wanted to agree to $1300.00, that is all it would take to fix it. Christensen brothers wanted to make a $1700.00 profit off me. After the this years storms for a company to be intentionally gouging people, they should have to pay a large fine!!
Unless your willing to pay a 300 to 400 percent mark up I recommend finding a shop that is honest and not just trying to take advantage of people after a natural disaster!!
THEY ARE THE WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!
AFTER I TOLD THEM NO, I'M PRETTY SURE THEY PUT A NAIL IN MY BRAND NEW TIRE.
