We found traces of metal shavings on your AC compressor and recommended a full AC replacement kit. This was so that in the future you don't have to spend more money and the true problem was corrected.

Great spot, everyone was super helpful. Won’t find a better spot in town. Highly recommend, better than any chain of big shops. Came in to get my AC fixed, ended up being operator error on my part. They even waived the initial inspection fee because of it.

Lots of communication issues, and being told different things made it more complicated than it all needed to be. Work not done on doors with the best quality. Had other quotes for work to be done but I’ll probably be taking my business elsewhere after spending nearly $4,000 of work that took over a month.

We would have had to put hands on to do a diagnostic. If the technician spends time on your vehicle the shop has to pay him for it. If you knew what was wrong and just wanted an estimate that would have been free.

The person at the front desk was not helpful didn't explain anything and when they say they have a free shuttle service you better make sure that that does not mean they're using your car without your approval.
Edit added for any future customers. When the front desk guy (not a certified mechanic) dove to my house to "shuttle" me back and refused to let me drive my drive my OWN truck. He cited "shop insurance" issues but on the way back to shop he didn't wear seatbelt and speed thru 30 mph zones. ALL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE MY VEHICLE UNLESS FOR DIAGNOSTIC PURPOSES .
What's my warranty? That was never explained or put in writing after $800 brake job??
My car broke down and at last minute notice, Mr. Chuck graciously took in my car. It’s now running better and safer. Many thanks to Chuck’s Mobile.

Great prices for quality work in this area. Been to other shops but Chucks is the place for real quality work. Prices are fair and mechanics know what they are doing. When you leave their shop, you leave with good confident feeling and you know you did not get ripped off. Thanks to Chuck and the team.
Sean said it was great. The timing was bad, because he brought the vehicle in on a Friday. They were able to take it in, at closing, and had a tech come in Saturday morning to do the repairs.
Rashad said that they told him they would look at his vehicle. They said they would call in an hour and it took them 5 hours. They charged him 90 dollars for a battery check.

originally this was a five-star review but I've since changed it to one star due to my recent experience. The person at the front desk was not helpful didn't explain anything and when they say they have a free shuttle service you better make sure that that does not mean they're using your car without your approval.
Edit added for any future customers. When the front desk guy (not a certified mechanic) dove to my house to "shuttle" me back and refused to let me drive my drive my OWN truck. He cited "shop insurance" issues but on the way back to shop he didn't wear seatbelt and speed thru 30 mph zones. ALL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE MY VEHICLE UNLESS FOR DIAGNOSTIC PURPOSES .
What's my warranty? That was never explained or put in writing after $800 brake job??
