Took a while to get in, but it was worth the wait
Ciocca repaired damage incurred as a result of a deer hit. The work looks great - I am very happy with the results. Everyone I encountered at Ciocca was friendly and helpful. It did take a while for me to get my car in, though. In part, this was due to the accident happening shortly before Christmas holiday. My repair appointment was about 1 month after the accident. Because I was able to safely drive my damaged car, it wasn't a big deal. I might have felt differently had I been paying out of pocked for a rental car, though.
