Poor service
Took our car to have a left front wheel bearing, knuckle hub, cotter pen replaced. Quoted me 654. They said it would take about 3 hours to do . Called me about two hours into the service and said there was a problem. They told me that they couldn’t remove the old bearing from the old knuckle. Turned out they only was replacing the bearing. I ask why they were trying to remove the old bearing when you were to be replacing the knuckle bearing cotter, pen, hub. Some returned to the store and now the price was almost 1200.00 to buy the knuckle hub bearing cotter pen. So we did receive a lower price of 1035.00. Now the Job went into another day . Called said it was completed and they test drove and everything was good. Picked it up and the car was not safe to drive and we returned it . Then they put it back into the shop to find out they purchased the wrong knuckle. So they had to reorder the correct knuckle. Now after almost 4 days we get the car back. It is fixed. Talked about not paying any more money. They didn’t charge me anymore. So my opinion is there service department isn’t up to putting out quality work. That situation could’ve been a disaster could cause an accident.
