Poor mechanics
Worse experience ever, they left my ac leaking for weeks an wouldn’t fix the issue. They tried to charge me another $1800 to fix gaskets that should have been addressed on the first repair. I took my car to another midas an they fixed the issue an now Midas on riverside Clarksville TN wouldn’t refund me at all! They also loosened my oil pan bolt and said I have a leak NO I didn’t! They also charged my wife for an Oxygen sensor they never charged! This Midas is the worse. If you want to get ripped off go to Midas on riverside Clarksville TN!

Horrible service!!
Took my car in for a noise in the front end,charged me 800$ to replace axles,then being noise got worse,claimed it was lower control arm..had that put on and it's even worse!! Called and all he could say was "sorry to hear that,hope you have a good rest of the day". Are you serious??!!

Rip Off
Took my Ford F-150 for repairs. Front & back brakes, wheel alignment, struts, axle and gas pump. ( seems like fixing everything except motor and transmission) All was extended warranty. Now brake light stays on, steering wheel shake your arms off. Bottom line took vehicle back to recheck, did not fix one thing. So now it’s $2000 for tires. Paid almost $5,000 for nothing.

My alternator belt was not put back on properly and it unraveled while I was driving. I couldn't turn the steering on the curve. took my suv to have the valve gasket replace and it's still leaking oil. They took an extra day and still didn't get the job done properly.

Less than desired service
Business has went down hill. I have been there multiple times to get an oil change and continued to go back in hopes that it would get better. A single oil change takes hours onto complete. One time i went and spent several hours for them to call and tell me they didn’t have time to get to it, and this is after i made an appointment ahead of time. I don’t want to spend my day off sitting in the service shop.i will not be returning.

Previous tire rotation
Tire pressure was not right according to psi on car and in owners manual. Psi is supposed to be 33 all around. Front left tire had 38,front right tire had 40,back left tire had 28,and back right tire had 27. We paid for rotation which includes making sure pressure is correct after rotation. Were told tire pressure was checked. It clearly was not. I have been a customer there for 11 years. Never had an issue in all those years. Im sure because the mechanic i always went to made sure things were done the right way. His name was Lucky and no one will compare to him. Very disappointed!!!
