The facility was the same facility for towing, as I had an emergency indicator on my vehicle and didn’t wanna drive it to the dealership. This facility was right around the corner and I did read some good reviews. However, although the work was done within 48 hours. I did have multiple calls out some of them dealing with the type of parts. I wanted true Audi parts . They were able to accommodate, and obviously the price was increased. The explanation of the problem was communicated somewhat poorly. After a couple calls, the problem was described and original Audi parts had been ordered. The problem with the car. had been resolved. The coolant light in message no longer was visible. However, after reviewing and looking under the hood, the under carriage cover appeared to be missing or not put on properly? I had multiple attempts to try to have the car back on the lift to look at and it’s been two weeks and they have not discussed this further with me. This was after a brief visit with the manager to review and discuss. Seems with only one lift for the garage. It’s inconvenient for them to take a look. No follow up call from their side. Have I received to review the undercarriage. This is my primary reason for the unsatisfactory and poor recommendation.
