Brakes & oil change
Excellent service excellent attitudes excellent professionalism and totally honest. We took our vehicle in to have the brakes changed replaced and told that we didn't need to have that done because we had plenty of pads left. Oil change done great price always trust these guys. I can't say enough good words about this company and business.

My trucks fuel pump went out
My trucks fuel pump went out on Memorial Day weekend, of course. Jeff and his crew got my truck back to the shop, diagnosed it and produced great results and great customer service. If I ever get stranded again they would be the first to call! Thank you again Jeff and crew! I appreciate you guys.

Just oil change this time
Always get me in on scheduled appointments and out the door soon after. Had a car issue with chemo coming up once and they were slammed busy and squeezed my car in so I could make my chemo.

Left rear wheel bearing
We have been bringing our two vehicles into Cle Elum Automotive for the last couple of years for oil changes & services on our 2016 & 2027 SUV & pickup. This most recent issue with the SUV was a left wheel bering. It was an expense that was unexpected and the crew handled the task quite professionally getting the job done and getting me back on the road after a couple of days. That you guys for your services.

They saved me.
I got an engine light halfway to Seattle, and thank god Jeff and Cle Elum Automotive were there. I would’ve blown my radiator and probably a bunch of other stuff.
These guys are really busy, but they did good work and turned my car around quickly. Reasonable too. Highly recommend.
