This was our first time bringing our car to Clifton Mercedes for maintenance, and it exceeded our expectations! Ryan, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always had a smile on his face. He took the time to clearly explain every detail of the service, pointed out potential issues, and never once pressured us into making decisions. That level of honesty and care truly means a lot. One thing is for sure—we’ll be bringing our 2018 GLC300 here for as long as we own it! My husband and I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this shop!
