Great process and product
Looking for cars at this time has been difficult. We looked at every local car dealership that had highly rated compact SUV’s. We found several to test drive of the best brands. All were quite expensive. I knew what I wanted and was looking for. I ended up test driving the 2021 Kona (turbo with all leather interior). The seats, drive, and price were all better than the other 3 leading brands that I had test driven. When buying the Kona, the Craft Staff was fabulous! It was a little slow due to understaffing, but still faster than the last 2 car purchases at other local dealerships. Also, we had a Hyundai Elantra and Tucson about 10 years ago. Those cars are STILL on the road! The service department has always been great to work with, and I trust they will be now.
