I drove my car in to this place in July. Just needed the timing chain replaced and the transmission was slipping a little when going into 4th gear, but it ran. My car was at this incompetent place for 3 months! During this time they only managed to change the timing chain and fry my computer. Part of it was due to my warranty company, but it was also do to their complete ineptitude. They had to take my dash apart and the rubber door trim to get the computer out. Ok, no problem. However nothing was put back correctly. We had to tell them that they put them to trim back on wrong and then Billy proceeded to argue with us about it until my husband had to go to the car and show him. My warranty company wasn’t going to cover the whole cost of the transmission, and I could have paid them difference, but I didn’t want my car there any longer. My car is in worse shape now than when I took out in. It runs rough & cuts off. I recommend staying away from this place.
