Dishonest , horrible, lying disgusting sales manager from Trinidad and salesperson (a little guy from Brooklyn stay away from him) in cahoots with a bait and switch when you reach the finance dept. v
We witnessed a gentleman screaming when he was in finance they were liars and con artists and then we experienced the exact same situation. Luckily the customers in the showroom all left after hearing what they did to us.
The scam is they made a deal verbally and in writing after 6 hrs of negotiating that they are assuming all financial responsibility of your turn in and then omit the terms from the lease paperwork hoping you don’t catch it.
They are quite savvy in their scam. We were lucky enough to have caught it and upon confronting their lie they lie again. Luckily the showroom emptied when customers heard what they did so we saved others from this despicable behavior. If anyone wants to see the deal they had the audacity to write up then deny. I’m happy to post the deal since we took a screen shot.
Heres the scam…. They inspect your trade In, take photos of the mileage, confirm with your lease company they can take the trade in when they do not plan on taking your trade in and simply are turning in your car assuming no responsibility for your car. By the time you figure this out upon receiving a bill from your old lease company it’s too late since you signed all and drove off with your new car now having 2 cars to pay for!
