I have made several purchases for a new auto in my life. Andrew was the difference between us buying a car or not. We had recently visited other Ford dealerships with conflicting personalities that did not value the customer. Andrew went above and beyond for my daughter. His service skills and personality is top notch. If I was talking to the owner of Ford I would tell him one thing. Andrew should be the example for every dealership. He would be training and leading the charge for “How service should be given”. “How to provide excellent service to build repeat and return business”. This should be the foundation of any good dealership. My business was with Ford but the relationship was formed by Andrew and through Andrew.
