Amazing service
Shoutout to Kevin and Dan at Compass Automotive Group for keeping my car (and my sanity) in one piece. Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a general check-over, and they treated my vehicle like it was going on a road trip with the Queen. They’re honest, quick, and don’t try to upsell you on blinker fluid or unicorn spark plugs. I always leave their shop feeling like my car is ready for anything, school runs, snack runs and the occasional dramatic U-turn. Highly recommend!

Honest and efficient
I’ve never had dealings with a more honest and trustworthy mechanic shop before. My kids and I have been getting work done with Compass for years. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin is just a great person all around.

Vehicle Maintenance
I cannot recommend Compass highly enough. The suspension broke on my car and it was repaired quickly and efficiently. At the same time the emergency brake warning light on my truck suggested they needed looking at. I had taken the truck to other repair shops and their diagnosis was “the warning light is on - it will be $500 min, maybe $1000 to inspect thoroughly and repair”. Compass did an inspection for free, diagnosed the problem and undertook to fix it when required. Such honesty is rare. Thank you.

Another outstanding service by Compass Automotive
This was another outstanding service performance by Compass Automotive. Over the past two years since I was first referred to Compass Automotive I have been there numerous times with multiple vehicles and have always left impressed by the time, service and exemplary communication from Kevin. I will continue to always visit Compass Automotive for all of my vehicle needs in the future as well as recommend friends and family to do the same.

Kevin and team are highly experienced and skilled and are able to diagnose, and problem solve the most complicated of my cars' issues. Bonus is they can describe the situation in an understandable way. They've worked on both my EV as well as conversion van. Great attention to detail and super attentive!

Quick Oil change & honest work!

Honest repair shop
Kevin and his guys are one of the best repair shops I found in East Greenbush. Had two of my cars fixed there in the past month and every thing going well with the cars. I like that Kevin has patience to make sure you understand and gives you options for your repair job.
