To start, this review is from a current service manager at a dealership. + Great customer service. - Punctuality... 9 am appointment for a max 3 hour job(was originally told: 1 to 3 hours), car was finished around 4 pm. Not a super big deal because of the situation (we had the most snow in 5 years, no fault of their own). This repair was through a third party, so not necessarily this shops fault. Administrator was knowledgeable as well as the technician and I believe the owner. That being said, would have been 5 stars if the communication from the beginning of the service was established as far as the ETC(estimated time of completion) between the third party, the shop and myself. Again, I think the relationship between the office and the third party needs to align. I still need to go back for multiple check ups. Let's see how that goes. I would assume that its smooths out. Overall I would recommend this shop for non-warranty repairs or any maintenance. Smooth operation equals 3 thumbs up.
