I've taken my car here a couple of times over the years and I've always been happy with them. The staff have always been friendly, they keep me updated, and the price has always been reasonable. However, this last experience was above and beyond in my opinion. My tire came off not far from their shop and because I was in an unsafe traffic place, the Police dispatched them and they were there in no time (my insurance approved tow time was going to be 60-90 minutes). I usually feel uncomfortable talking to people about my car but they don't try to upsell you and they aren't pushy about things, they're just factual and helpful. I asked them about just getting four new tires and they were actually cheaper for comparable tires in the area so I went ahead and got 4 new tires while it was there and I asked them to do the breaks too because it had been so long since I had them done. Even though this was added to their scheduled appointments, they STILL got my car back to me within two days, and it would've been a day but they had to wait on the tires to come in. They worked with me on getting the right paperwork for my insurance company so I could be reimbursed for the tow bill and everything. Everyone was amazing from the people who picked up my car on scene, to the people in the shop, to the person who checked me out and gave me the keys.
