Now I’m making a big move down to Southern California and asked Mark, and his team, to do a full check on my car since I have a long drive ahead. He told me my break pads were fine, showed me on their measuring tool the level they were at, and even said if I go to a new shop to be weary if they say I need new pads cause I should be good for awhile. My tired were balding on the inside, so not noticeable to the eye, and he was able go get tires ordered and on same day. I had a wedding to go to in the evening and Mark worked with me so I didn’t have to come back to the shop again on Monday. His customer service and care for his customers is superior to any other shop in Sonoma County. I’ve been to other shops in Santa Rosa and they just don’t have the attention to detail and care.
