Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that Dan and the team provided excellent communication and were able to complete your Subaru’s repairs ahead of schedule. However, I am truly sorry that your experience ended on a frustrating note.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and it is clear we missed the mark during the final inspection of your vehicle. Discovering a new scratch at pickup is the last thing you should have to deal with after an insurance repair, and we completely understand the inconvenience of having to schedule an additional visit.
We are committed to making this right. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we can prioritize your return visit, ensure the buffing and paint repair are handled flawlessly, and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Dan and the entire team were exceptionally communicative during the whole repair process when my Subaru was rear ended and I needed a full overhaul to return it to pre-loss condition. They even completed the repairs in a shorter timeframe than was initially recommended which was great because I got my vehicle back sooner. I have no doubt that the internal and for the most part external repairs are absolutely solid.
However, when I went to pick my vehicle up and did a quick inspection of the exterior, I discovered a 3+ inch long new large scratch that I had to point out and advocate for the repair of. I wasn’t able to leave my vehicle for a repair for this new scratch that was incurred during the vehicle vehicles overnight storage that same day because of my schedule. So now I’ll have to bring my car back in to have them rebuff, paint and fix a scratch that they put on my car, which is frustrating.
