Diabolical
Not pleased at all something fishy going on with these people $1500 hundred dollars for repairs and my vehicle is still not repaired and they wanted more money to not repair it crooks.

I'm Embarrassed that I let them keep trying to fix my Jeep. after 6 attempts I was out over $10,000 and My jeep is still broken with the original Problems
Took my Jeep in over 3 months ago. For a small oil leak, check engine light for 2 misfires, full tune up and to install a lift kit with new wheels and tires. I was told it would be about $10,000. I'm now almost $15,000 into it. And I have more problems now then when I started. Still have the same oil leak. Even though about 4 grand went to fixing it. When I asked them why I still have a leak they said (love this one) "well, oil fallows the path of least resistance. So we did fix your leak. But now that we plugged that one. The oil found a different way out. So really you had 2 leaks." Engines have oil presser. Like a house. So with this answer. If you opened 2 water valves in your home you would only get water out of 1. Then when you closed it. The other would then leak.

The Shop Manager , Lance, Will lie to you about the progress and finish dates. This wasn't just a 1 time thing. My jeep has been in and out of there over 6 times and he never hit one finish date. Lance also put all of those mist dates on, in his words, " My mechanics aren't telling me what they need till after the work is done. So now its taking longer. ." another time, " Jason who is doing your lift didn't told me he was taking Friday off so now you wont get it back till next week. I cant believe Jason Thinks he can just take a day without telling me."
Now that its been there almost 4 months. and I've spent almost 15 grand. I am scared to have them keep working on it. This week I finally said. "I'm coming to get it." Didn't bother them a bit. They get to keep the money and I have to find a shop to still fix my Jeep. By the way. Coopers isn't a mom and pop place anymore. Its owned by Sun-Auto. A franchise that owns Greg's auto and Tini's tires and a bunch of other places around here. They're all doing this to people.

Mis-leading
Made APPOINTMENT for oil change and was not informed they only take drop offs even though they have a waiting room with empty chairs. Have a job that starts at noon so made appointment for 9:30am but after driving 1/2 hour to get there I was rudely informed I could not wait for vehicle and it would not be ready until they get to it ??..sometime in afternoon. I had a coupon they were not aware of so I believe this was there way of not honoring coupon.
I recommend avoiding this place. They were rude and I drove 1 hour out of my way for nothing.

Engine rebuild
Excellent work on everything they do. My car needed an engine rebuild, which I decided to go ahead with. Coopers sent the engine to pro rebuild shop that did a great job. Coopers was timely, thorough and presented a clean car with no 'remedial repars' for overlooked details. I was advised to go for a mild performance improvement which I, somewhat hesitantly, approved. Wow, what a difference! These people make the effort to understand their customer. I wholeheartedly recommend Cooper's in Midland, Washington!

more than just a shop, a family
the shop cares about its customers and the cars they are driving. they go above and beyond for the people who walk through the door. they were prompt about notifying me and explaining to me what needed to be done.

Honest, thorough, friendly
Coopers does an amazing job of completing what I brought my car in for plus providing a complete overview/health check of my vehicle so that I know if something else is wrong or what to watch for next. They also never do anything that is unnecessary which of course saves me money. They would tell me what they found as the problem rather than just fixing what I thought it could be.

Great!
They listened to everything I had to say and informed me on every question I had. They did there diagnostic and the next day had my truck fixed and also they’re doing the same thing to my buddy’s truck. I’d have no problem going back to cooper’s. I’d definitely recommend this shop.

Great Service and On-Time
It's always a pleasure to deal with Clint and Kyle. They take great care of my diesel truck to keep it running in tip top shape for many years to come. Their inspection reports are very thorough and informative. I'm a firm believer in preventive maintenance, pay a little now or pay a lot more later during a breakdown many miles from home.
