I had a major issue come up with the family van. Chuck called me personally to ask a couple questions and diagnose the problem. Since it was a major issue, he encouraged me to bring the van down so he and Jared could get to work right away. In the few minutes it took to get to his shop, they were already ordering the parts so they would be on that day's delivery. The work was finished the next day and the price tag was considerably less than what AI suggested it would be. We trust Cornerstone with all our family vehicles. I always suggest Cornerstone when asked about reputable mechanics in the area.
