Damage to hubcaps and not communicated
Had my oil changed and tires balance and rotated at a cost of $134 dollars. Felt that was fair, but when I got home I found one of my hubcaps missing. I called Craven Tire and the rep told me that then knew the cap was not secure. I ask him why wasn’t I advised of this. He answer was “I’m not the one who checked you out “. I pulled off one of my other cap and found broken holding tabs inside the hub, which leads me to believe they were forced on after the balancing, or the broken tabs would not been inside the hub: A replacement hub is now going to cost me over $300 dollars. This turned out to be one expensive rotation and balancing. I will think twice before I even use them again.

I'm always impressed with the professionalism of this Veteran-owned Company. I'm always greeted with kindness, the utmost courtesy and they are extremely efficient! Blake was great! He let me know exactly what I needed before doing the work! I thought I needed brakes but he told me I was still good for a while. Most places would have done the work anyway just to get the money.
