Verified CustomerHello! Thank you so much for your past business. I received your review and immediately spoke with our shop foreman about your visit. I also saw that you were not charged anything for this visit as a courtesy. According to Josh, your clutch is absolutely failing or has failed at this point and needs to be replaced. You're welcome to get a 2nd opinion, but why would you say that you aren't sure if any diagnostic was completed? You stated yourself that you've had good experiences with us in the past. A transmission leak on a manual transmission will not affect the vehicle's ability to move because it's mechanical, not hydraulic-driven. Our technicians are super experienced and very knowledgeable, it isn't often they get something like this wrong. Perhaps if you replaced your clutch within a year, it has an issue and maybe it's even under warranty? We'd be happy to help you research that replacement and see if whomever installed it will warranty it now.
