Always fast and I never have to wait
Always well staffed and rarely any wait time. Guys are competent. They will try to upsell you, but wont give you a hard time when you decline. Especially affordable with a coupon, which is often found in the Good Times.

Fast and efficient!
I pulled into this business and they immediately took care of me and the oil change and filter replacement was so fast and done with such expertise. These guys are so polite and accommodating. I will always take my car there and a big thanks to Auto Express in Santa Cruz

Oil change during my lunch
I needed a oil change, but didn't know when I was going to have the time. Friday I was driving past Auto Express during my lunch. I pulled in and was taken straight in with no wait. 15 minutes later I was driving back to work to finish my lunch. Fast friendly service. I will definitely be going back again. More than likely during my lunch break.
