Prompt Honest Service
The folks at Cupelli are quick to diagnose but not eager to overdo it. They inform you as to what they’ve found and give options on how and when to deal with it. In other words, you don’t hand them a blank check.

I would like to state that Frank Capello and his entire crew were very professional upfront and honest in their quote of the repairs. They also performed the repairs with accuracy and to the specifications of the manufacturer. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family if they can use Capella service.

great service lowest price
After getting a recall on my vehiche went to the BMW dealership to fix just the recall. After fixing the recall, they hit me with an estimate for $3600 extra $$. We only had $1k of it done at dealership. However, the Water pump still was leaking but was now the problem was worse as dealship did a "Pressure test on the cooling syste" making the leak worse, so I got an great estimate from Cupelli. Not only did they do the job at half the price they went through the entire vehicle and did much more without charging a "diagnostic" fee or anything extra. Car is running like brand new! Excellent job! You be the judge based on my situation!
