2020 Tucson 86k miles CPO warranty. Car towed in running rough April 14. After 2 months they still didn’t do the necessary work to determine if the blown engine is covered. Service manager runs me they only have 1 tech able to do the work. Never responded to calls, texts. Had corporate involved they were useless as well. Avoid this once at all costs. They’re crooks and they lie and try to wait you out to get out of doing the work. Wound up having to sell the car and lost $3k since they had no ETA of when the work could be done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
