Thorough
So I took my 2016 Cadillac ATS in for an oil change and a state inspection. Both were completed and I was also informed that the serpentine belt had cracking. I was informed of cost and additional time to complete to which I said yes. I know that mileage wise it would’ve been time and the belt is responsible for overall functionality of so many power and other parts.

I was once again pleased with knowledge of the D&M team. Professional, accommodating and informative.

Regular Maintenance Visit
I went in for the usual oil change & filter, fluids check, tire inspection, rotation and the usual once over. D & M found the serpentine belt was cracked and asked if I wanted it replaced. I agreed to have it done hoping to avoid a problem in the future. Thank you D & M.
