Stranded in Iowa - Outstanding Service!
I got a flat tire late Saturday evening outside of Waverly and my car didn’t have a spare. After an hour on the phone with my insurance covered roadside service, there were no good options provided and no guarantee they could get a tow service for me. I called a friend who referred me to Dale‘s Service and Cameron immediately answered my call and agreed to provide tow service significantly out of the Waverly area. Cameron was timely, professional, took me, my car and my dog all the way home. I truly appreciated the above and beyond service late on a Saturday night. When you’re traveling out of town and get stranded in the middle of Iowa, it’s good to know that there are great businesses willing to help you out. I would strongly recommend Dale’s Service to anyone, they are the standard for what tow services should be! Thank you Cameron!

Super heroes!
Troy is just the beginning of the story here! I had a issue with my van and dropped in to Dale's service just to ask a question about what this sound was and if I could get it looked at in the next few days. Troy said ... Can you drop it off today and I will test drive it and let you know....it was a few hours later and fixed! Amazing service! And they were deep in service tickets on their board. Now I know from all the times they have done this for me why I keep going there! They are opening a new shop soon because they have outgrown where they are and I can see why! All staff is friendly and professional! Thanks Super heroes!

Thorough electrical diagnostic work
My husband’s truck had many error codes on the reader— one of which was critical and had to do with a brake fluid leak. We were warned that it would probably take a while to find the root cause of the issue. I was updated a few hours in the repair with the price at that time (critical repairs were made) and gave them the go ahead to continue repairing to clear out all the error codes. Everything has been resolved and very happy with the attentiveness and professionalism I encountered at Dale’s. Definitely will be back for future repairs!
