Honest dealing shop with capable experts helpful and knowledgeble
I took my car into 4 other shops including two dealerships from what turned out to be contaminated gas. All of them were unable to properly diagnose and repair. In the case of Mercedes Benz of McKinney, they actually lied to me and said the engine was unrepairable. I'm so glad I finally found a straight shooting shop with rock stars like Robert McGullam that got me back on the road using the engine that was determined to be unrepairable by a dealership presumably because they did not want to spend the time to find out what was really going on and more expedient to lie to get the headache off their shoulders. Many shops I learned do not want to take on problematic repairs but not the case at DEA. Even if the engine turned out to be beyond repair they were prepared to source a used motor and replace. These guys are the real deal!
