Work was done on time to my satisfaction
Great folks and excellent service. I initially assumed I needed front and rear brake pads, rotors, and sensors, and was prepared to pay the full estimate for that work. After their inspection, the mechanic explained that the front brakes did not require replacement, saving me more than $1,000. I genuinely appreciate their honesty and clear communication. They also reviewed the diagnostic codes and let me know that my starter battery will need replacement soon. I’m grateful for the heads‑up. It's reassuring to know I won’t end up stranded with a dead battery. I’m new to the area and grateful to have found an excellent organization to service my Mercedes. Their integrity, transparency, and professionalism give me full confidence in trusting them with my vehicle going forward.
