A+ as always
I was due for an oil change but had procrastinated a bit until an additional alert lit up in my dash. Dane was able to get me in within 1 day (even though they were clearly very busy). I have a 20 yr old car so I expect other issues with it. Dane always understands the balance of how much makes sense to invest in repairs - and only suggests those critical repairs. They are always very fair, extremely quick and definitely pleasant to do business with! I even stopped by with my bf”s car because a metal guard/plate under the car started to scrap when we went over bumps. It was towards the end of the day and I was just intending to inquire if it was something they could look at if I came back tomorrow. The mechanic put the car up in the lift right there and bolted the plate back in place. I was very grateful and asked what I owe — free of charge! That never happens nowadays! Oh - and when John was test driving my car after the oil change and other repairs, he saw a wiper blade wasn’t securing very well so stopped and bought me new ones - free of charge! I will continue to use Dane Motors! The added bonus - it’s a neighborhood place!!!
