Bought an EV about 5 months ago, after one month of use a charging port failed. The part has been on backorder for 4 months, all under full warrantee. After waiting four months and having significant concerns about battery degradation I asked them to buy me out, there response....wait. Then after giving them another chance to negotiate they refused to talk to me. They don't keep their word and apparently they don't honor their warrantees. Don't risk doing business with these clowns.
