Tire issue
Had issue with tire wear on my wife's car. The tires only had 12K miles on them. Hyundai counter person told my wife it was "her problem, not Hyundai." Called the head of Hallman customer service, Tim Fox. and the issue was negotiated with a fair deal. Thank you, Tim Fox, for caring about the customer and future business. 4 star not 5 star rating because of the treatment my wife received from counter person. Because of Mr. Fox I will continue to do business with Hallman Hyundai.
