Monday: They said it’s fixed they are test driving it as it may have air in the coolant system.
My thoughts: Great
Tuesday: I stooped by @ noon. They said the car’s out being test drive.
My Thoughts: More test driving?
Thursday @ 10am: I called they said, it’s out being test driven. The bill is $### (which is fine), but that I can come and pick it up.
Thursday @ 11:10am: I arrive and they tell me it’s out being test driven, but they will be back in 10 minutes. In 10 minutes, they same the same thing again. At 20 minutes they say they cannot reach the person testing the car - but they will be here in 10 minutes. At 32 minutes I have to leave as I have an appointment at noon I cannot be late for.
They run out and stop me saying “it’s here. They just got back”. I say, I have to leave we can deal with this later.
My Thoughts: Questions…why are they “test driving” my car yet again. Also, no mention of any problem or change to the bill to justify all this post-fix test driving. And, this just wasted another 30 some minutes on top of all the calls this week, and I still don’t have my car.
Friday: I pick up my car, and there are someone’s else papers (printed emails) in the back seat. Also there are 84 new miles on the car. That’s a lot of miles to test if a radiator hose is leaking.
My thoughts: Nobody likes getting jerked around. They had been my go to place. Bought 4 cars there. Sold 1 there and with 7 vehicles, had more things fixed there than I can count. Oh well. Time to find a new place.
