I had Dealers Choice tow my BMW car on Thursday when it would not start.
I did speak with John first, to ensure they have repaired BMW's.
John told me it would be ready on Friday at 4:30, but when I arrived it was not ready, they needed another hour. Then I was told it wasn't the starter after they took the old one out and tested it. Also John explained the delay was because they did not realize there was an engine bracket.
Now they would have to put back the old starter and then evaluate the car. It may be the ignition switch? John would do his best to have it ready Saturday. No call Saturday, when I called it directly went to voicemail all day.
No one called me to update or explain what the issue was.
When I called Monday, after many attempts, was told John was not there, but Jacob was not completely sure what was wrong with the car. I explained I did not feel confident in their service or lack of professionalism.
I had the car towed from this establishment, after Jacob said they
would put it back together. They did, but without bolts & clamps!
Its amazes me that this business is also AAA certified!
I would not recommend them !
