Pleasantly Surprised & Pleased
As the owner of a few Toyota’s, I don’t visit repair shops very often. Just moved in from out of state with an unexpected repair-not to mention unusual repair. I followed AAA’s recommendation for Del Hatt. Communication regarding the repair was very good. Got to my car in a timely manner to diagnose and repair. I was so pleased with the service I did not even want to ask for the AAA discount. With confidence I would return to Del Hatt.

These guys were great

Exceptional service
Check in was easy. The technician communicated process through a text message system. I had brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. I thought pricing was reasonable. They were also very honest, will use them again.

Excellent service for first time customer
I just recently moved in the area and my car was giving me problems, I needed a mechanic who wouldn't charge an arm and a leg I found del hatt on google and decided to give them a try. Great pricing, Amazing customer service and I will now be a longtime customer

Urgent state inspection
I made an appointment online, I needed it a week sooner, quick call and they told me come by between 11 and 12, I was all done by 11:30 with my inspection done. Place is clean and tidy very professional and friendly. 100% recommended.

Excellent auto shop
There are not many trustworthy auto mechanic shops out there. So to find Del Hatt was a plus. So far the experience has been all positive. The two workers upfront are professional and pleasant, with great communication on repair details. The mechanics sends a very detailed check list report on your auto condition. That is followed up by call from the front desk. I've spoken to Courtney multiple times. She answered all questions with patience. Also there is no pressure to use their shop. Whatever you approve is what they will do without selling extra. I always had my car back in a timely manner. So far, so good. Thank you Del Hatt.
