Our customers are more than just a number at Denners Garage Inc. I think we all have had problems with dealerships and other facilities which is why we try not to do what they do. We want our customers to be happy with their repairs (even if sometimes it does take a couple tries). Sometimes the easiest solution is the answer to all the problems and can sometimes be overlooked, however, with the amount of times you were at the dealership they should have started with that. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly do try to help everyone with their vehicle repairs as well as try to be as upfront about pricing as possible. Unfortunately things happen and prices vary which is why it's hard to quote prior to seeing the vehicle and doing the work. A call was made asking for a rough quote on an ac recharge about a week prior to June 20th. When the gentleman called back about setting up an appointment we were told it would need a complete recharge because of the radiator being replaced and the AC had to be disconnected to get to it. We then updated him that the original quote was not correct as it needed the newest freon with the max amount the vehicle holds, then the updated price for both cash and card was given. He then stated it needed to be done and it was fine so we scheduled for our first available date of Wednesday July 2nd at 1pm. We do try to be as close to a quote as possible and when mistakes are made we will correct it, but I can promise you that your price was updated and communicated prior to the appointment date and time. We do make mistakes and typically we re-iterated the price prior to pulling the vehicle in for the service so for that we do apologize. Please let us know if we can be of help in the future.
We are very happy to have your family's support of our garage. Once we were able to get the vehicle and confirm the items needed it was just a matter of getting the parts and completing the job. We will never try to sell a customer something they are not in need of and are some of the few garages left that appreciate saving our customers money. Car repairs can be costly and time consuming so we do our best to accomodate our customers and try to have their vehicles repairs done in a timely manner.
